Key Features:
• View list of Events created by you or your colleagues within your organization.
• Search a particular Event – Intelligent text completion will help you in searching Events.
• Sort Event List (By Event Managers of your organization, Event Title, Event Date). This will persist for your login.
• Edit an Event while it has not yet started - App will automatically send out Event Modification notification if e-invitation has already been sent out to delegates.
• Cancel an Event – App will automatically send out Event Cancellation notification if e-invitation has already been sent out to delegates.
• Add delegates from iPAD contacts or Manually.
• Search a particular delegate within an Event to view or modify his details.
• Send e-invitation – This will take the email contents added while creating an Event.
• App will automatically send e-invitation to newly added delegate if e-invitation has already been sent out to delegates for that Event.
• Add last minute arrived delegates in Events managed by you or your colleague while the Event is in progress.
• Check-in delegates in the Events managed by you or your colleague while the Event is in progress or 1 hour before Event start time.
• Export Delegate list or Delegate attendance list in a CSV file out of the App to your email address.
